Yale Schwarzman Center is a commons for university life where art, culinary, and wellness experiences converge to build bridges, nurture creativity, and foster kinship and belonging. Priorities for our venues are our mission-oriented programming activities throughout the year. Due to our calendar and the current demands of the building & spaces, availability is limited.

Requesting Space
- Requests are limited to Yale students, faculty, and staff. Non-Yale affiliated groups are only eligible for events in Woolsey Hall.
- Requests do not serve as confirmed reservations or space holds.
Timing Your Request
- Due to the volume of inquiries, requests must be submitted at least six weeks in advance of the preferred date. Please plan accordingly.
- Requests are compiled on Mondays and reviewed within ten business days.
- Due to our programming process, we cannot book our venues more than five months in advance. Availability is not guaranteed.
