Located on the second level of the Rotunda, the Presidents’ Room is a formally appointed venue which includes the use of the adjoining Presidents' Gallery, a public space.
The venue can be requested for dining and reception events which do not require production support for microphones, PowerPoint, and background music.
The following events cannot be supported:
- Meetings, presentations, and speaker events with required technology
- Film screenings
- Performances
- Events with dancing or stage requirements
- Hybrid meetings with a video conference component
