Located on the second level of the Rotunda, the Presidents’ Room is a formally appointed space which includes the use of the adjoining Presidents' Gallery, a public space.
The space use fee has been temporarily waived, but there will be additional fees for catering, production services, and hospitality labor.
Best suited for:
- Dining events
- Meetings and presentations
- Formal receptions
Not suited for:
- Performances
- Events with dancing
- Events requiring a stage
- Hybrid meetings with a video conference component
