Yale Schwarzman Center is a commons for university life where art, culinary, and wellness experiences converge to build bridges, nurture creativity, and foster kinship and belonging. Due to the programming calendar and the current demands of the building & spaces, availability is limited.

Requesting Space
- Requests are limited to Yale students, faculty, and staff. (Non-Yale affiliated groups are ineligible at this time.)
- Requests do not serve as confirmed reservations or space holds.
Timing Your Request
- Due to the volume of inquiries, requests must be submitted at least six weeks in advance of the preferred date. Please plan accordingly.
- Requests are compiled on Mondays and reviewed within ten business days.
- Due to our programming process, we cannot book our venues more than five months in advance. Availability is not guaranteed.
