Staff: Associate Production Manager
Yale Schwarzman Center is actively recruiting for an Associate Production Manager. The Associate Production Manager plays a key role as part of a dedicated and fast-paced production department, supporting all events and program production activity at Yale Schwarzman Center, the University’s first-ever center for the arts, wellness, hospitality and dining, as well as student and community life.
The Associate Production Manager plays a key role as part of a dedicated and fast-paced production department, supporting all events and program production activity at the Center. Reporting to the Director of Production and working closely with the other members of the production and administrative teams, this role will lead or assist projects as assigned by the Director of Production and perform other ongoing responsibilities to support the smooth execution of events in the Center. This APM will carry out duties while exercising a high degree of autonomy and discretion, and while also working to foster an inclusive and respectful working environment around production activity at the Center and on campus in general. This position works evening and weekend hours with regularity.

Staff: Director of Marketing & Communications
The Director of Marketing & Communications leads the strategic vision, development, and implementation of all marketing, communications, audience engagement, and community engagement initiatives for the Schwarzman Center. This position oversees the Center’s brand identity, digital presence, public relations, advertising, and community engagement strategies, ensuring alignment with Yale’s mission and institutional goals. The Director serves as a member of the Schwarzman Center’s leadership team, representing the Schwarzman Center to internal and external stakeholders, including, but not limited to, University officials, the Schwarzman Center Advisory Board, and key community partners. The Director supervises both professional and student staff, manages external vendors and agencies, and oversees the Center’s Visitor Services operations, including front-of-house, house management, and ticketing.

The Schwarzman Center at Yale University (YSC) is looking for on-call Casual Event Technicians to assist on events and performances in collaboration with the Director of Production, Production Manager, and Media Production and Technology Manager. The Casual Event Technician will help to execute and provide audio, visual, and general support for the vast array of events and programming at the Schwarzman Center.

Opportunity for Graduate Students to work in our on-site pub The Well. Friendly, courteous, and timely manner is a must.
