Woolsey Hall, a 2,650-seat concert auditorium, is one of the bicentennial buildings of Yale University and is located at the corner of College and Grove Streets in New Haven, Connecticut. It is used extensively and primarily for official University functions and musical events. Its availability for other uses is extremely limited.

Reserving Woolsey Hall

  1. Review the rules and regulations for use of the Hall to determine if your request will comply with the space use guidelines.
  2. Submit a space request form with the full event details. Requests are subject to review and do not constitute a reservation. Your form will be reviewed with 7-10 business days.
  3. If your request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email from woolsey.requests@yale.edu and a planning meeting will be scheduled to discuss the event details. The space is not considered reserved until the requested advance payment has been made.
