We are currently accepting space requests for The Presidents' Room, The Well, and Woolsey Hall. Please note that we do not have regular availability in Commons. A space request form is required to assess availability. Questions? Contact us at ysc.requests@yale.edu.
Requesting Space
- Requests are limited to Yale students, faculty, and staff. (Non-Yale affiliated groups are ineligible at this time.)
- Requests do not serve as confirmed reservations or space holds.
Timing Your Request
- Due to the volume of inquiries, requests must be submitted at least six weeks in advance of the preferred date. Please plan accordingly.
- Requests are compiled on Mondays and reviewed within ten business days.
- Due to our programming process, we cannot book our venues more than five months in advance. Availability is not guaranteed.
