What makes having difficult conversations or sharing a diverse/conflicting point of view so hard sometimes? Are there ground rules, values, or skills that make having difficult conversations or sharing diverse points of view easier? How do we deal with the fear of being ostracized or doxed? How can Yale help create an environment in which difficult conversations or diverse points of view are possible? What are our responsibilities as individuals? Join secretary and vice president for university life at Yale Kimberly Goff-Crews in this Session to share thoughts and ideas around one of today's most pressing challenges.

Yale Schwarzman Center Sessions are peer-led gatherings where conversations generate collaborations and move ideas into action. Because seats are limited, registrants will be automatically placed on the waitlist and will be notified via email if they are selected to participate.
