The 2024 MacArthur Fellows were announced on Tuesday, and any many of them have connections to Connecticut.
Among them is violinist Johnny Gandelsman a member of the adventurous classical quartet Brooklyn Rider, who are performing all three sections of their “Complete String Quartets of Philip Glass” concert series at Yale’s Schwarzman Center on Oct. 8 and 9.
