Prior to working at Yale, Bonnie served as business manager and then general manager of the Eugene O’Neill Memorial Theater Center from 2011 to 2018. While at the O’Neill, she led and streamlined financial processes, managed facility operations, and championed HR policies and procedures that increased talent retention and awareness of equity, diversity and inclusion.
From 2001 to 2011, Bonnie worked as a forensic accountant and also as a corporate finance, planning, and analysis manager for one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies. She holds a BS in Business, Accounting Focus, from the University of Connecticut.
