Class Description: Open Level (Beginner Friendly) Heels Expression

Emma Rosa's Heels Expression classes start with a brief warm up out of your heels to get you moving & into some sensual grooves that you would typically encounter in different heels classes. You will then put that movement to practice when you're feeling yourself in some sultry choreography! Emma focuses the class on understanding your body, highlighting your personal strengths, & feeling unafraid to express yourself through the feminine divine! All genders welcomed, with or without shoes. Come with an open spirit & leave feeling more appreciation for who YOU are!
