This Schwarzman Session will be led by actor, writer, and Yale Alumni Zoe Kazan '05. Lunch provided.

With a career that has spanned acting, writing, and producing, Zoe Kazan ’05 has always wanted to adapt John Steinbeck’s East of Eden. Now on Netflix, EAST OF EDEN is a story with deep connections to Kazan who serves as the series’ writer, co-showrunner and executive producer. Join this Session for a conversation about how art making can be an act of self-portraiture and what we discover in the process of adapting existing works in contemporary times.
