Move & Mingle for Graduate & Professional Students
Graduate & Professional students, join us at Yale Schwarzman Center to move and mingle! Yale Schwarzman Center, in partnership with The Good Life Center, and Yale Campus Recreation, is hosting this event for G&P students to de-stress, connect, and build community.
From 5pm-5:45pm get your body moving with a no-equipment Pilates class led by Alicia Brak one of the dynamic instructors from Yale Campus Recreation. Take a brief walk through The Good Life Center to learn about the wellness resources available and grab a wellness kit. Then participants age 21+ mingle from 6pm-onward in The Well - complimentary lite bites and beverage provided.
Class Description: This no-equipment Pilates class is designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body awareness using just your own body weight. Through a series of low-impact, core-focused movements, you'll work on building stability, improving posture, and increasing mobility. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class flows through exercises that target your core, glutes, arms, and legs while incorporating deep breathing to center your mind and body.
