Taylor Ybarra (he/they) envisions arts ecosystems rooted in practices of equity and innovation, creating mission-forward work, and supporting welcoming cultural homes. Taylor views the arts as an expansive tool to cultivate greater empathy in our manifold communities. Taylor served as associate director of marketing and communications for Yale Repertory Theatre, and community partnerships coordinator for Long Wharf Theatre. They hold a BFA in Drama from New York University Tisch School of the Arts and are graduating with an MFA in Theater Management from Yale University David Geffen School of Drama '26.
