As the Visitor Services Assistant Manager, Fitch coordinate front-of-house systems and daily operations to better support Yale Schwarzman Center staff of student workers. Fitch helps manage events and is often the first point of contact for the public, ensuring a welcoming, professional experience. Fitch works to present a positive, informed face of the Yale Schwarzman Center’s dynamic programming.
