Nichole is driven by a commitment to making a positive impact and building community through connection, expression, and exploration. Assuming the new role of Programming Manager in 2025, she works across Yale Schwarzman Center departments and directly with artists to ensure successful performing and community engagements.
Nichole previously worked at Chamber Music America, a national membership-based arts organization, where, as director of operations, she oversaw interdepartmental processes as well as communications and public programming. She has also held roles in student affairs at The Juilliard School and marketing and communication at The New School. She began her career teaching English abroad through the Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Program.
Nichole holds a BA in Film Studies from Smith College and an MA in Media Studies from The New School.
The Connecticut native returned home to Waterbury in 2020 after a decade in New York City and is actively building community in the New Haven area. A lifelong arts enthusiast and occasional participant, she has performed with taiko drumming and dance ensembles in Japan, and sung with choruses in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York. She enjoys hiking and spending time in nature, consuming her favorite media content, and is active with the Smith College Alumnae Association.
