This time, Chef Demir, who went to the USA at the invitation of Yale University, one of the most prestigious educational institutions in the world, achieved another important success by receiving the title of Yale 2025 Global Table Fellow. Chef Demir brought Turkish cuisine and especially Turkish Bulgur to Yale's kitchen. Now, the world's best scientists will see the flavors of Turkish cuisine on their tables.
