Picture Your Work on the Walls of Yale Schwarzman Center
The Schwarzman Center is looking for Yale undergraduate, graduate, and professional student artists to participate in a new exhibition opening in April 2026. We will be featuring student artwork from the multicultural communities that are represented by the Afro-American Cultural Center, Asian American Cultural Center, La Casa Cultural de Julia de Burgos, the Latino Cultural Center, Middle Eastern and North African Cultural Community, and the Native American Cultural Center. Each centers’ art liaisons will help select the artwork to be displayed.
The exhibition will be installed on the lower level of the Schwarzman Center in The Well Gallery, and the artwork will be printed on vinyl panels so it must be submitted digitally. Choose art that is representative of yourself and your community through photographs, drawings, graphic designs, etc.
- Submissions are due by January 30, 2026, at 11:59pm.
- Students can submit multiple pieces of artwork. Those that are selected for the exhibition will be on display April - December 2026.
- Artwork must be submitted digitally in the highest possible resolution. Photos taken with a smart phone are permitted and encouraged!
Fill out the form here if you’re interested in participating! We will follow up separately to collect the artwork.
