Busayo Olupona started her own fashion brand, Busayo, after working as an attorney. She based her designes in hand-dyed Nigerian prints and textiles as a way of reconnecting with Nigeria and establishing her new creative journey.

LISTEN at the 28 minute mark to her speak to CT Public Radio/WNPR in advance of her visit to Yale University for a conversation about design with Dance Theatre of Harlem and the Yale School of Art at the Afro American Cultural Center.
