Kirk D. Keen MFA'19 previously designed performing arts centers around the world as a theatre consultant with expertise in integrated technology systems and project management. He also spent several years at the Portland Art Museum as production manager for more than 1,000 events annually.

As the Building & Program Logistics Manager at Yale Schwarzman Center, Kirk is responsible for managing YSC's building operations in support of programs and productions. An alumnus of Yale School of Drama, now the David Geffen School of Drama at Yale, Kirk earned noteworthy honors while pursuing his MFA, including the Allen M. & Hildred L. Harvey Prize for best technical writing or thesis (2019), the Jeff and Pam Rank Scholarship (2018), and the Nicholas G. Ciriello Scholarship (2017).

Kirk comes to New Haven by way of Levelland, Texas. His interests outside of work include digital modeling, art, math, engineering, theatre, poetry, prose, and Dungeons & Dragons.
