Celebrated musician Elena Urioste —violinist and co-founder of the Kaleidoscope Chamber Collective—will engage the community in a series of yoga and meditation wellness programs presented in partnership with the Good Life Center at Yale. These classes are designed for musicians and performers but open to all.

Start the day with a one-hour all levels alignment-based yoga flow led by musician Elena Urioste, professional yoga instructor and founder of Intermission, a ground-breaking program teaching yoga and mindfulness for musicians. Each class will include breathing exercises, mindful flow sequences propelled by the breath, floor stretches, and a final meditation with a different focus each day.

  • April 23: Exploring “keeping our peace” onstage and off (all levels)
