Diana Williams is the Event Technician at Yale Schwarzman Center

Prior to working at Yale, Diana traveled North America lending their talents to national tours. While on the road they showcased their skills in programming and managed props and sets, and while stationary in Oklahoma they practiced stage management and projection design—contributing to the success of over 200 productions. They join the community at Yale as an event technician, working in production in a collaborative capacity across departments, and setting up and running the projection systems for events at the Yale Schwarzman Center.

Diana comes from Tulsa, Oklahoma, where they were a freelance stage manager and theatrical designer, and is a proud member of IATSE. They hold a BA from the University of Tulsa in Technical Theatre, focused in Stage Management and Lighting Design. Diana spends their off time as a writer, with their first full length play, The Tale of Mercutio (originally titled Twisted Shakes), produced in September of 2022.
