K’La Lawson, (pronounced Kay-la), is a New Haven-based Pilates practitioner and creator of NOEL MÜSE, an atelier for art, movement, and well-being. With a background rooted in dance, wellness, and visual storytelling, K’La approaches her work as both a practice and a study that honors the beauty of progression, presence, and individuality. NOEL MÜSE is a space where the body becomes expression and creativity becomes a form of care.
