Dorcy Rugamba is a Rwandan writer, actor, and stage director whose work explores the intersections of memory, history, and contemporary creation. He is the Artistic and Executive Director of the Kigali Triennial. Graduated in Dramatic Arts from the Royal Conservatoire of Liège in Belgium, he first trained in the performing arts under the guidance of his father, Cyprien Rugamba, writer, choreographer, composer, and museum curator. Living between Brussels and Kigali, he has developed an artistic practice that resonates internationally.
