YSC Annex Meeting Room Guidelines

Read this page before continuing to the EMS room scheduling system.

In keeping with the Annex's designation as a student-prioritized space, requests for Annex meeting rooms are limited to Yale undergraduate, graduate, and professional students.

Reservations can be made during the following hours:

Standard Hours

  • Monday–Thursday: 10am–10pm
  • Friday: 10am–9pm
  • Saturday & Sunday: 12pm–6pm

When using the meeting rooms…

  • Dispose of your trash and recycling, including disposable food and beverage containers, in the bins at the end of the hall.
  • Return all dishes and cutlery to the dish drop in Commons or The Underground.
  • External food or catering services are not permitted at YSC. 
  • Return desks and chairs to their original positions before you exit the space.
  • Please do not add or remove any furniture.
  • Take your personal belongings with you.
  • Be a good steward of the space.
