The Annex features three meeting rooms each outfitted with a room-optimized webcam and wall-mounted monitor that can be linked wirelessly to a laptop for virtual or interactive in-person conversations.

In keeping with the Annex's designation as a student-prioritized space, requests for Annex meeting rooms are designated for Yale undergraduate, graduate, and professional students. Reservations are limited to two (2) hours. Submit a request (NetID required)

- Monday–Thursday: 10am–10pm
- Friday: 10am–9pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 12pm–6pm
Changes in Hours
- May 6: Summer hours begin. Open Monday-Friday 10am-5pm.
