Yale Schwarzman Center, Yale Dance Lab, and Yale Symphony Orchestra will bring live music and dance to Commons in two performances of Igor Stravinsky’s 1913 Le Sacre du Printemps (The Rite of Spring).
Choreographed by faculty members in Theater, Dance and Performance Studies Emily Coates and Lacina Coulibaly, the production features an ensemble of dancers gathered from across the University. Maestro William Boughton conducts.
