Hello, I’m Oliver and I’m a student at Yale University. This is the Schwarzman Center, which hosts events for students, staff and community members. I work here!
However, because the Schwarzman Center brings in so many bright and influential people, at our events we only have so many seats, and so many tickets we can sell.
If you’re like my parents and don’t have a Yale email, getting tickets might seem like a hard time, but it isn’t!
- Just look up “Yale Schwarzman Center” and navigate to the top-right of the screen.
- Go to “Events" and look through what you’re interested in attending. Here’s a peer-led discussion called “What is Truth: Fact Finding in the 21st Century.”
- The registration information will be on the right under “Instruction.”
- There, click “Register.”
- It’ll take you to this website, where you can see the price and availability.
- Again, click register and it’ll ask for your account information.
- Not having a Yale CAS ID is no big deal, because by clicking “sign-up,” and putting your name, email, and account type (I’m a guest,) you can register for any of our events.
- You’ll then receive an activation code to the email you entered.
- Type that in and you’ll be to the final registration screen.
- Choose your number of tickets and confirm.
Congratulations, you’re now registered!"
